three good things
With gratitude for gratitude
I want to express my deep gratitude to one of my followers who told me over the Christmas break how much my Gratitude Journal posts had helped her to think positively about life and, in spite of a rough couple of years, how she had learnt how to recognise and appreciate the good things in her day-to-day life.
Feeling humbled that my reflections made such a difference to someone else.
A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.
Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
