Gratitude journal
three good things

The Right Company and more

Honoured to have been asked to join in Bernadette Jiwa’s The Right Company ‘future development’ call this evening and so grateful to be in the (Zoom) company of 15 wonderful people from around the world. So much knowledge and wisdom to share and friendships to nurture.

Went running again this afternoon along the Cleveland Way from Helmsley to the top of the hill. Grateful to be getting fitter; almost reached the top of the west side of the gully on the way out without stopping and reached the top of the east side of gully on the way back without stopping.

Grateful to Peter and Nick for putting me in touch with influential and powerful people able and willing to help us at Ampleforth.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
