Gratitude journal
three good things

The Glory of the Garden

As the blossom of our cherry tree fades the laburnum next to it bursts into flower, looking beautiful against the blue sky. Very grateful for the glory of the garden.

Also grateful for a day without distractions;  achieved a lot and finalised the operational manual for my new online Mapmaker product.

Thrilled to receive a polite, informative and affirmative response from an experienced and wise educationalist for my request for a meeting.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
