Early morning walk with the dog before she went to the vet. So beautiful along this stretch of the river. Glorious colours, blues and greens. The river in ‘lazy’ mode with not much water in it at the moment. Blissfully quiet and peaceful. Much to be greatfull for in this part of the world. 

Usual Friday morning Metafit and yoga,  this time outside in the glorious sun. Our small group as friendly and funny as usual. A  really enjoyable session. 

Followed by lunch at the Fax with OAs to talk through travel plans and other stuff. Sat out in the sun by the stream, and managed to meet a number of people not seen for a while.  A great way to spend a Sunny Friday.

recording and appreciating the good things in life.
