Gratitude journal
three good things

Jun 4, 2019

Grateful to Alex for taking his rejection from Amsterdam so well after his call with the appeal team this afternoon.  He could have got very depressed about it. Instead, he got stuck straight in and applied to The Munich School of Maths and Philosophy.

Grateful for light mornings which make it easier to get up early. You can get such a lot done before everyone else rises.

Even more loving of and grateful for my new Revolut account. Discovered its multi currency features today and now have a Euro current account in preparation for a week in Lourdes coming up. And it only took two minutes.  The old adage: design is worth its weight in gold.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
