We dedicated the November edition of the news to remembering those who had died, particularly during the two world wars. We were fortunate to have people in the village and from around the world with long memories or access to family records.

We recorded the story of the wonderful copper beech tree on Low Street, the erection of the War Memorial at the crossroads and stories of evacuees who came to live in Nunnington during WW2.

As usual, there was a lot of parish news to report, as well as the usual articles from our two local farms, pastoral pages and creative pages.

With lots of archive and current photos, November was a memorable edition.
