This was a fun News to produce. Throughout lockdown the village has become closer and villagers seem to have got to know each other much better, not least the many dog walkers. The photo shows our socially distanced street party to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of VE Day.

I think this is reflected in the newsletter, which we attempted to make as fun an optimistic as possible (helped, of course, by the glorious weather and strange sense of peace and lack of pressure.

Our newsletter is getting around and it was a pleasure to reproduce letters from a couple of our overseas readers in the States.
