Gratitude journal
three good things

Lazy Sunday, UVA and chicken bricks

Grateful for a restful day and a good decision to do my 10k yesterday evening, leaving today free.

Grateful we have almost finalised Alex’s letter of appeal to UVA. Cutting it fine as usual. God willing it will be in Amsterdam by Wednesday. Pray for it’s success.

Grateful to have rediscovered our old chicken brick, stuck at the back of a cupboard for the last 15 years.  Cooked a beautiful chicken for the family this evening using lemony’s recipe

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
