three good things
Grateful to June and her cat for putting me up for the night in London in transit for Lourdes.
A rushed and chaotic day with everything needing to be done at the last minute as usual. So thankful that some good planning and help from family and friends got me to where I needed to be this evening, in spite of delayed trains etc
A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.
Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
