Gratitude journal
three good things
Fab flowers, special occasion
C and I are both very grateful to friends in our village who asked Lush & Lang to provide the flower arrangements for their son’s wedding.
It’s the first time, surprisingly, that Lush & Lang have been asked to arrange flowers for a wedding in our local church. And the reception too, in the estate shoot room. A local event, which made the project much easier to manage, and I was grateful to be asked to give a hand.
No more words necessary. The pictures say it all.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.
Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
