three good things
Grateful to a report in today’s paper which puts Stansted as the worst airport in Britain for delayed flights and exonerates my spell checker which always converts Stansted Airport to ‘Stagnated Airport’.
Alex made chocolate brownies for us. Delicious. Grateful for a son who can cook, even if he doesn’t display his talents that often.
Had a bit of a clear out of the shed and accumulated bits and pieces. Grateful to the staff at the local recycling centre for their tolerance at my frequent visits and willingness to help!
A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.
Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
